Take Our Athletic Interest Survey! 

Dear PSD Middle School Families,

We hope you're enjoying the start of your summer break! While the school year may be over, we're already hard at work planning for an even better year ahead – and we need YOUR input to make it happen.


Why This Survey Matters

The Peninsula School District Athletics & Activities Department is launching our first-ever Middle School Parent Athletic Interest Survey, and your perspective is crucial. Whether your child is a current athlete, thinking about trying sports, or you're just interested in what we offer, we want to hear from you.

This isn't just another survey – it's your opportunity to:
  • Share what's working well in our current programs
  • Identify challenges your family has experienced
  • Suggest improvements that could benefit all student-athletes
  • Help shape the future of middle school athletics in PSD


Quick & Confidential

  • Takes just a few minutes to complete
  • Completely confidential – your responses help guide planning, not individual follow-up
  • Open to all PSD families with current, former, or future middle school students (grades K-12)
  • Available through mid-July – plenty of time to participate
