We are excited to announce that Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place the week of November 4th-8th. Please note that during this week, we will be following a modified bell schedule, and students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM each day, with NO LATE START on Wednesday. Part-time students and families, please take note of the modified bell schedule.
Sack lunches will be available each day for students to take home.
Beginning next week, you will receive communication from your child's teachers on how to schedule a conference with them. Parent-Teacher conferences are designed to be a brief check-in with families, not an in-depth meeting. We encourage all parents to take advantage of this opportunity to share your goals for your child and address any questions or concerns you may have. Don’t feel like you need to meet with ALL your child's teachers, but rather focus on any areas of concern.
If your child is struggling and you would prefer a group conference or would like to schedule time with your student’s counselor, please reach out directly to our counseling team.

Monday, November 4th -
Conferences are by appointment only from 12:30-6:00 PM, in teacher classrooms
Parents can schedule a 15 minute appointment
Tuesday, November 5th -
Wednesday, November 6th -
No Late Start - School begins at 8:15 AM
Arena-style conferences from 12:30-6:00 PM, they will be held in the gymnasium and the commons.
Last names A-K from 12:30-2:00 PM
Last names L-Z from 2:30-4:00 PM
BREAK - No conferences from 4:00-5:00 PM
Open Drop ins from 5:00-6:00 PM
Arena-style conferences are 10 minutes only, if you would like to speak with a teacher longer, please schedule on Monday or Thursday
When you arrive in the gym or commons you will see a waiting area. We ask that you wait in the designated waiting area while the teacher finishes conferencing. This will help us stay on schedule and ensure others' privacy.
