Student schedules for the year are available to view in the student portal. Students who are missing a class, were placed in the wrong grade level class, or have any errors in their schedule may submit a request using the link below. Continue to follow your schedule as it appears in your portal until you see the change or receive an email from your counselor to follow up.

How to upload photos for possible entry in our yearbook!

Go to https://images.jostens.com/upload.jsp  Login ID: 415467131

1. Select the photos you wish to upload; click ‘Select My Images’

2. Enter information about the photo, including student’s full name and grade 

3. Click ‘Upload Chosen Images’

Here are some more helpful tips from Mr. Matt, who has been helping so many of our families work through getting connected - thank you Mr. Matt!

STUDENTS MUST BE LOGGED IN TO TWO LOCATIONS FOR ZOOM TO FUNCTION PROPERLY:

1.)  The Zoom application installed on their Chromebook

          Locate the Zoom app (small blue square with white camera icon)

          Open the app and ensure the box that appears contains the student's name (if not, contact Mr. Matt @ 253.530.1622 or haverm@psd401.net)

          ***LEAVE THIS APP OPEN AND RUNNING***

2.)  The Zoom dashboard page they access by clicking the "Zoom Meetings" icon in My PSD Portal

          Clicking on the icon will open a new browser page containing the web based Zoom dashboard

          In the top right corner there should be a small square with a photo or initials

          Click on the square and a drop down will appear with their name and edtools email address

          Once confirmed, this window can be closed

Once both of these steps have been taken, the student can proceed to Schoology and open their individual teachers' links.
